Visual knowledge management

Integrated mapping, planning and documentation.

Side by side

The user interface provides a flexible tiling mechanism, on small screens you'll get along with just one view, on large screens you can have many views simultaniously. A document may be opened in several views at the same time, to allow editing in different places.

Private but cloud enabled

Vis-à-Wiki is a native application, it is independent of an internet connection. Just a simple setup and you're done. Your content is handled locally, no need to send it to the cloud.
However using the cloud for convenience is also possible. All content is stored as human readable text (text as Markdown, maps as extended key value, no XML). This works well with many cloud services or with version control systems like Git or Mercurial. Along these lines one can also get an easy to use client side encrypted syncronisation.
